ABOUT RENEWING REGISTRATION AND COURSE SELECTION
Dear Students,
The steps to be followed by those who will renew their registration by selecting a course are as follows;
*If it is your 2nd year or 3rd, 4th, etc., you must first complete the fee deposit transaction to the relevant bank.
*You select the course registration transaction from Bys and select the course from the courses section that opens.
*When selecting a course, if you are in the first year and your Overall Weighted Grade Point Average (GPA) is above 3, you have the right to take a course from the upper class. After checking if there is an overlap from the weekly course schedule tab, you can take a course from the upper class if you wish.
*If your GPA is 1.80 or your GAN is below 2.0, you cannot move on to the next term. You have to take all or some of the courses you have previously passed with DD and DC, along with your FF, FD, DZ courses, in order to increase your GPA.
*The total number of courses you can take is 12.
*1. grades (those in their first year) can choose all courses in the 2nd Term without any GPA problems.
*When choosing a course, 2nd graders will see that the DD and DC courses they took in the 1st year and passed with responsibility have been reopened. These courses have been reopened to give you the right to increase your grade. If your Gano is below 2, you can evaluate these courses. DO NOT FORGET THAT YOU MUST HAVE A GPA of 2 TO FINISH SCHOOL!!
*Taking all these necessary steps into consideration, check your Course Schedule and complete your course registration and click the SEND FOR ADVISOR APPROVAL button.
*If you think there is a problem, do not worry, we, your advisors, check the course selections and, if necessary, contact you by sending a message via BYS. Make sure that your e-mail address in BYS is a correctly written and up-to-date e-mail address used by you. PLEASE do not use other communication methods.
*If you have made an incorrect course selection and your advisor has completed your registration thinking that you want to take that course; you can drop your incorrect courses during the course add/drop week (you can check it from the academic calendar).
*Do not forget to click the Send to Advisor Approval button, because if you do not click this button, we will not be able to see your course registration and you will not be able to register.
*After your transactions are approved by us, you will see the phrase "REGISTRATION COMPLETED". You must see this phrase. If you have reached the last day of your course registration and it still says "Advisor Review", please send us a message via BYS. If you see it as a DRAFT, it has never reached us anyway.
